So this week we did our zone conference and it was the first time that my companion and I had organized one together and guess what happens... President and Hermana Ruiz dropped in for a surprise visit hahahhahaa. It was great actually and it is wonderful to have the spirit that they both bring into the meetings.
We have found some really great investigators this week and its only after lots and lots of contacting and walking that the investigators start coming. The area is very rich and so the people are not as open to missionaries, but when they do listen it is way better because there is real potential for change.
I did divisiones with the elderes of pensiones this week, and it was really fun to be able to work with the district leader Elder Medina and his stepson Elder Perez (stepson because he is finishing his training). I bought Dominos pizza at night and we had a really great time.
This sunday a ton of less actives and investigators were in the sacrament meeting and it is so cool to see hard work pay off.
Today we went with Romel to go buy stuff in Liverpool, and I may have gone a little crazy but it was a blast and then we went bowling, and I havent done that in like 2 years and I did the best Ive ever done hahaha who knew that was the secret.
All is well and this week we should have a baptism for Hermana Berta and we are trying to organize a Noche Blanca which is when the zone coordinates the baptisms together so there is a lot of baptism spirit going on hahaha I will send pics!!
